# Ueue: ek akele banaya gaya product ecosystem

## Problem

Zyadatar side projects repo ki tarah mar jaate hain. Ueue iske ulat ka ek
socha-samjha exercise tha: ek idea lo aur use ek *poore product ecosystem* ki tarah
ship karo, ek

engineering, aur release karta hai.

Ueue khud ek save-for-later app hai: un sab cheezon ke liye ek calm queue jinhe aap
baad mein dekhna chahte hain. Ye kisi bhi app se capture karta hai, aapke saves ko
lists mein sort karta hai, unhe gentle schedules par wapas saamne laata hai, aur
yahan tak ki wo chun sakta hai jo aapke paas asal mein maujood time mein fit ho,
taaki jo cheezein aap save karte hain wo ek bookmark kabristan mein dabne ke bajaye
poori hon. Mobile aur web sync mein rehte hain, ek browser extension maujooda tab
ko ek click mein save karta hai, aur bina feed wala ek focus mode ise scroll karne
ke bajaye poora karne ke baare mein rakhta hai.

Constraint *hi* brief tha: ek saath har role nibhana aur phir bhi kuch aisa ship
karna jo log aaj install kar sakein, iske liye kya chahiye?

## Decisions

**Teen surfaces, ek reedh.** App, extension, aur site ek hi backend aur ek hi
product vocabulary share karte hain. Har surface wahi karta hai jismein wo unique
tareeke se achha hai, doosron ki nakal karne ke bajaye, extension wahan rehta hai
jahan user ka dhyaan pehle se hai, app dedicated session ka maalik hai, site
samjhati aur onboard karti hai.

**Ek solo dev ki tarah scope karo, ek team ki tarah polish karo.** Feature list
berahmi se chhoti; states (empty, loading, error, offline) ko first-class feature
ki tarah maana gaya. Ek chhota product jo behtareen tareeke se behave karta hai, ek
bade se behtar hai jo zyadatar kaam karta hai.

**Asli ship karo, asli seekho.** Play Store review, Chrome Web Store review, ek live
domain, unglamorous production details hi asal baat hain. Jo side projects inhe
chhod dete hain wo kuch saabit nahi karte.

Saare surfaces live aur reviewed hain: apps App Store aur Google Play par, extension Chrome Web
Store mein, aur site production mein. Ek insaan ek akele idea ko teen alag review
process aur teen alag runtimes se hokar le gaya, aur ecosystem ab bhi ek product ki
tarah behave karta hai, kyunki har surface ek hi reedh share karta hai.
