Projects: the full list

Presented in two tracks (see D012 - Work Section Structure). ⭐ = featured deep case study (D004 - Case Study Framework); the rest are grid link-cards. Metrics/outcomes are Saif's to fill.

Professional (shipped in roles)

Personal / Labs (self-initiated)

  • Ziyarex, built 0→1. The studio above the nine product subdomains: 11 apps in the store, a 24-app hand-picked Discover shelf with cons required, 12 free tools, a 24-piece journal, per-app use cases, accounts and licence keys. One lib/products.ts manifest drives every surface plus a public /api/products the shipped Mac apps consume. Site · Store · Tools · Journal
  • Ueue, app + browser extension + site (solo ecosystem). App · Site · Extension
  • Prism, app + extension + site. Site · Extension
  • Slate, built 0→1. macOS menu-bar todo app whose list is the wallpaper; on the Mac App Store with a paid unlock. Mac App Store · Site
  • Vouch, built 0→1. Dev tool that tests whether you can still defend the code your agents wrote: CLI, daemon, dashboard, Claude Code plugin. npm · GitHub
  • OreoNotch, built 0→1. Live activities and a Desk of widgets in the MacBook notch; 0.2.0, notarised, macOS 15+ Apple Silicon, $12.99 licence, self-updating via Sparkle. Site
  • Clickk, built 0→1. Mechanical keyboard sound per keystroke from real switch recordings; licence-gated, macOS. Site
  • Insomniac, macOS menu-bar app. https://saif-09.github.io/insomniac/ (candidate embed for the live demo alternative, see D013 - Live Demo Ask This Site)
  • Cat Mode, browser extension. Chrome Web Store
  • Salute Button, web. https://www.salutebutton.com/
  • Zazz, game. Play Store

Honesty rule: each case study states 0→1 built vs contributed plainly (North Star - Site as Proof).

Not Saif's, and must never be listed as his: LinkPeek sits on the Ziyarex shelf but was built solo by Kedar Deshmukh. The manifest's maker field carries his byline, his links and Person authorship in the JSON-LD everywhere the app appears. It belongs in the Ziyarex story as a studio decision, never as portfolio work.
