- **Domain**, **`saifsiddiqui.in`** (set `SITE` at launch; drives canonical/sitemap/llms.txt/OG + AI-crawler readability).

### ⏳ Ongoing (Saif supplies during build)
- **Metrics**, Outcome slots per featured case study ([D004 - Case Study Framework](/brain/d004-case-study-framework/)) + the 2 homepage stat integers (kill the "N").
- **Shoppin' numbers**, specific safe-to-share metrics ([D014 - Shoppin Case Study Scope](/brain/d014-shoppin-case-study-scope/)).
- **App screenshots**, real screens for Shoppin'/Wellbeing/Zenzop/Gurucool/Zazz ([D019 - Visual Richness Overhaul](/brain/d019-visual-richness-overhaul/)); device-mockup placeholders until then. Portrait photo optional.
- **More colour?**, Stone + one accent by default; Saif may request a curated muted-editorial accent palette.
- **OreoNotch price mismatch**, `lib/products.ts` says `$12`, the live site and checkout say **$12.99** ([D022 - Ziyarex OreoNotch and Clickk on the Site](/brain/d022-ziyarex-oreonotch-and-clickk-on-the-site/)). The manifest feeds the store, OG images, the public API and the strip on nine subdomains, so every surface but the checkout is wrong.
- **Clickk case study?**, currently a grid card. Its in-page keyboard demo and the soundpack licensing work would carry a full study if it earns one.
- **Vouch visual**, currently a screenshot of its GitHub README ([D021 - Slate and Vouch as Featured Case Studies](/brain/d021-slate-and-vouch-as-featured-case-studies/)). A capture of the real localhost dashboard would be stronger, and needs a repo whose data is safe to publish, so not the Shoppin' one.

### 🗓️ Deferred to launch ([D017 - Defer External Service Activation](/brain/d017-defer-external-service-activation/))
- **AI Gateway card**, add at launch → AI demo answers live.
- **Prod analytics storage**, provision free-tier Neon + Upstash at launch (built/verified locally in Phase 4).
- **Resend key + sender domain**, contact email sending activates at launch (built env-driven in Phase 5).
